Its planning structure is in harmony with the overall planning of the university town and has a good relationship with the eastern landscape belt. With the entrance-main hall-ancestral hall as the boundary, the southeast is dynamic and the northwest is relatively quiet. The planning fully respects the terrain, and designs unique sites and buildings through flexible site organization and building volume layout. Nansha Gymnasium Nansha Gymnasium is a martial arts and sports dance competition venue of Guangzhou Asian Games. The nine curved surface units of its shell are stacked one by one, divided into two groups, north and south, and spread spirally and radially around the center of the competition hall. The volume of a single building is divided into two parts, which are closely connected in a dynamic way, symbolizing the highest state of China Wushu-"the combination of Yin and Yang, the unity of man and nature". Combining the characteristics of Guangdong's unique regional culture-marine culture, and drawing lessons from the "conch" shell with rich texture changes as the intention of modeling design, this paper creates an architectural form with regional cultural characteristics. Its main steel structure adopts an advanced double-layer ring truss string dome structure with a main span of 98 meters. The roof is equipped with large-area roof skylight and electric sunshade system, which can use natural lighting for various activities and save energy. The competition hall can adapt to the different requirements of various competitions by changing the combination of movable stands, and strive to maximize the adaptability of the venue and facilitate the use after the game. Introduction to Guangzhou Asian Games Town Guangzhou Asian Games Town is located in the south of Guangzhou, at the southern foot of the scenic Lotus Mountain Scenic Area and the west bank of the Lotus Mountain Waterway, with a land area of 2.73 square kilometers. The Asian Games Town is mainly divided into seven parts: athletes' village, technical officials' village, media village, media center, logistics service area, gymnasium area and Asian Games Park. The residential buildings in the technical official village are all single rooms with one staircase and two households, and the per capita living area is about 35 square meters or more. The technical manager village is equipped with corresponding catering, leisure and entertainment services, and has an independent certification center and security inspection entrances and exits. Media Village covers an area of about 45.3 hectares with a total construction area of about 500,000 square meters.
