Planning ahead, I usually think about what to eat for the next three meals on weekends, because lunch and dinner are basically the same, so it is actually two meals. Bring meals every day and stay in the company for ten minutes after work at seven o'clock. Like me, the 400ml lunch box is very small, because I have to exercise later and don't need to eat a lot. Go home or go to the gym for an hour or so on the road and start exercising. If you are hungry after practice, you can eat some egg white or milk yogurt. Finally, emphasize the importance of planning in advance, and the efficiency will be really high after planning!
