Competitive aerobics is a kind of sports with distinctive music accompaniment, taking physical exercise as the basic means and aerobic exercise as the basis to achieve the purpose of improving health, shaping body and entertainment. In this paper, the methods of literature review, interview, comparative analysis and logical reasoning are used to study the expressive force of aerobics athletes, to explore the inherent properties of aerobics expressive force from the micro level, to find out the influencing factors of expressive force and the ways to improve the expressive force of athletes, so as to improve the competitive ability of aerobics athletes. The results of this study show that the expressive force of aerobics athletes is their ability to express the artistic value of a whole set of aerobics by using facial expressions, eyes, posture, movements and sports routes combined with music.
