Shuttlecock Kicking Competition: (Equipment Preparation: Shuttlecock 10)

1. Each grade group will send three representatives to participate in the competition, regardless of sex or age.

The competition is divided into three rounds, with three teams participating in each round. Each player kicked the shuttlecock for one minute in a row and recorded the total score of the players.

1. Each grade group will send 8 representatives to participate in the competition, regardless of sex or age.

Editing relay race: (equipment preparation: 6 basketballs)

Rules of the game: Participants step on the mat and use two mats alternately. You can't step on the ground with your feet, but you can reach the mat with your hands. Whoever steps on the ground has to go back to where he was. If the mat is thrown too far, a player can step on the mat and pick it up, but the person who picks it up must return to the starting point. After arriving at the other side, a team member sent two quick mats back to the original place for his teammates to use, and then ran back to the other side. The team that reaches the other side first wins.

4. Jin Dou moves:

There are two plastic baskets in front of the contestants. A number of ping-pong balls are put in one basket, and the distance between the two baskets is three meters. During the competition, players use chopsticks to clip ping-pong balls from plastic baskets to empty plastic baskets, and whoever catches them within 2 minutes will win.
