Uncle's novel about not exercising for half a year
As the old saying goes, "Rhapsody on July 1st" proves that middle-aged men are indeed more attractive in some aspects, but both men and women can maintain good physical condition in middle age as long as they are willing to keep it. However, if you don't know how to maintain your health in middle age, your physical condition will definitely decline particularly badly. At this stage, most of the 40-year-old men we have met are greasy uncles, so the gap between middle-aged people exercising and not exercising is still relatively large.

But as far as the flow of people in the gym is concerned, there are really not many middle-aged men exercising in the gym, because at this age, they are still fighting for their family career, and many middle-aged people can't control their own bodies. So for middle-aged people, how big is the gap between fitness and non-fitness middle-aged people?

A gap in mentality

In fact, compared with young people who have just entered the society, middle-aged people have great psychological pressure and heavy burden. Most of their children are facing the stage of getting married and looking for a job, while their parents are old and need to support themselves. Often the way for middle-aged people to relieve psychological stress at this time is to find friends to drink, but drinking can relieve stress, but it is also harmful to their health. Because of regular training, the psychological pressure of middle-aged men will be great, so in fact, one should be cultivated.

The gap of physical exercise ability

After middle age, people's physical exercise ability and physical quality will gradually decline, which I believe many middle-aged people can actually feel. However, even in middle age, middle-aged people who exercise regularly will still have better physical exercise ability and physical fitness, even better than some young boys. Middle-aged men will understand the feeling of being at a loss.

A gap in appearance

In fact, how to judge whether a middle-aged person is exercising can be judged by the simplest method, that is, judging from his appearance. Middle-aged people who don't exercise or don't exercise all the year round have more or less become greasy uncles or menopausal aunts. This is not just a physical gap. From the point of view of skin and temperament, middle-aged people who exercise and have never exercised are also far from each other.

Apart from these gaps, the biggest benefit that fitness can bring us is the improvement of physical fitness, which may not be reflected now or may not be complete, but when you are old, you will find that the gap between fitness and non-fitness is really too big.
