Exercise:

Mix two kinds of oats and pour them into yogurt according to the ratio of 1: 1. The main reason for mixing is to adjust a suitable sweetness. If it is not sweet at all, the sour taste of yogurt will be slightly heavier. If it is too sweet, it will be greasy. Neutralization will be super perfect.

(2) cinnamon, apples and oats

Apple cinnamon powder sugar-free pure oat banana milk

Exercise:

Pour oats into a ceramic bowl, cut apples and bananas into pieces and pour them into the bowl. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly. Finally, add some milk, stir it a little, and bake it in a 200-degree oven for 20 minutes.

It's super simple, without any difficulty, but it's really delicious, with a little apple pie in it. This is actually my own recipe, because an apple a day keeps the doctor away, but I don't like crisp apples, so I came up with this way of eating! Super delicious, try it if you don't believe me.

③ Fruit, milk and oats

Bananas, milk, oats and some other fruits.

Bowl spoon of milk boiling pot (or ordinary pot)

Exercise:

Add a proper amount of milk to the milk pot, pour in oats when the milk is warm, wait until the oats swell and look almost ripe, then add about half a banana, and wait another minute or so to be ok! After oats are put into the bowl, you can add some fruits such as blueberries, raspberries and kiwis.

Bananas are mainly used for seasoning. Oats cooked with pure milk are not sweet and delicious. Of course, you can also add walnut and coconut slices when cooking, according to your own taste.

④ Baked banana peanut butter sandwich

Slices of bread, peanut butter and bananas

Exercise:

Spread peanut butter on one side of the toast, then spread banana slices and bake in the preheated toaster for about one minute.
