What are the advantages of swimming in the sea?
In recent years, I have had the opportunity to live in Dalian, Xiamen, Haikou, Shantou and Sanya. Besides visiting local places of interest, I also took a sea bath. Soak in the sea for three or four hours every day for a week or half, and symptoms such as insomnia, cervical spondylosis and low back pain will be alleviated. To sum up, sea bathing has at least four benefits to health.

First of all, the composition of seawater is very similar to that of serum and lymph. Seawater contains iodine, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sulfur and other elements, and contains mineral catalysts, which can improve metabolism and coordinate the activities of endocrine organs. Seawater also contains a large number of biostimulants to promote the activity of endocrine glands. The substances contained in seawater penetrate into the skin in the form of crystals, making the skin elastic and smooth. My colleagues and I feel that this effect will last for some time after returning home from the seaside.

Secondly, when swimming in the sea, negative ions will be generated when the human body surface comes into contact with seawater. These negative ions can calm and relieve pain. After strenuous physical work and intense mental work, bathing in sea water can eliminate fatigue, reduce work pressure, enhance endurance and improve immunity.

Third, when bathing in the sea, the waves gently massage the human body and stimulate the biological activity points of the skin. If you lie on the shore where the waves can rush, you will gently massage your body when the waves pass by, which has the functions of beauty and fitness. It can also calm the nervous system and make the internal organs work normally.

Fourthly, swimming in the sea and walking on the beach are the best enjoyment in a good life. The air by the sea contains salt and other compounds. Especially the sea breeze is rich in negative ions, which can stimulate the vitality of the human body. However, it is worth noting that you should not walk on the beach or swim in the sea in stormy weather, because the number of positrons in the air increases greatly at this time, causing joint pain, hair swelling and poor self-feeling.
