The practice of five bean porridge
The formula of bean porridge is: 50g of millet, 0/00 g of mung bean/kloc, 30g of rock sugar and appropriate amount of dried tangerine peel. The practice is as follows:

1. Wash the millet and mung beans, put them together in a casserole, and add 1000ml of water.

2. Boil with strong fire first, then simmer with slow fire 1 hour. Boil until the mung beans bloom and the rice flowers break. Adding a few pieces of orange peel before the ceasefire will make the porridge taste delicious.

3. Finally, add a proper amount of rock sugar and stir well.
