Healthy eating habits: I didn't choose to eat less like most girls because I was pregnant, but actively adjusted my diet. Sugar, oil and salt have left my life.

One day you will feel tired: don't force yourself, but don't go. Doing yoga and catching my breath is also a good insistence.

Work efficiency is higher: procrastination is cured, and I start work quickly in the office at 9 o'clock every day. In order to make full use of lunch break to exercise, I also took away the problem of watching mobile phones on Taobao. In fifteen days, my exercise is generally: warm-up for ten minutes, yoga or anaerobic for one hour, aerobic for 30~40 minutes.
