Maybe you are a first-and second-tier city there? Either the gym is in good condition and tall enough.

My city here is a third-tier city, with high, middle and low grades. High 5000 a year, low 500 a year. Just practice a few hundred a year by yourself.

It's not bad, but there are more people, so I have to pick one that no one goes in the morning.
