Paris water is a kind of natural mineral water with gas. The source of Parisian water is located in the south of France, near the Vosges Mountains in the town of Verge, Nimes. It is a combination of natural aerated mineral water, natural carbon dioxide and minerals.

Known as "Les Bouillens", it means "boiling water" in French.
