My fitness story
I walked into Jiarun Gym about three years ago. I have never practiced by myself in the gym, nor have I done any other exercises. I bought 24 lessons at first, then 48 lessons, and then 100 lessons. Yes, I bought 100 lesson for the third time and gave 15 lesson. I'm not crazy. This is 1655.

20 19 opened a light food restaurant in the gym. My cousin also studied dietitians for this purpose. The materials are good and the price is affordable. As a result, only one employee's salary was earned every month. As a boss, I have no income in the restaurant, but I can get free fitness meals. Due to the limited space and energy, and the impact of the epidemic, I didn't open it directly in 2020. I took this adventure as a life experience and brought it.

As I grew older, I was praised by many people for growing up against the trend. I didn't get carried away, because I knew that my endurance was poor, I was easily tired, my physical details were not formed, and there was still a gap between me and what I liked. I have three simple requirements for myself: go to bed early and get up early, learn knowledge and exercise. Is it simple? It's hard to stick to a habit. I'm in the fourth grade. I believe I can manage myself well. This is my internal drive, and I have to do it.

Restart the road of fitness, get to know the front desk, member consultant, personal trainer, coach director, head of marketing department and manager of the gym again. Ha, it's a bit like a brush. I quickly applied for the 125 membership card and updated the remaining 52 private classes into the system. From a distance, I saw a beautiful coach in red tights, and the point finally came. I want to share the professionalism and dedication of coach Bao Xiao, aiming at better understanding the word fitness.

Key words: strength, heart and lung, core, upper limbs

In the first class, coach Bao Xiao asked me to do a squat to test my center of gravity. I stood there, a horse stance just like a horse stance, and I felt that I was leaning forward and backward. She started with the soles of my feet, massaged the abductor pollicis muscle with a rolling pin, broke my toes and closed them again, so that I could practice tightening and stretching the soles of my feet, making my heart scratch like a cat, and connecting my fingers with my heart (the purpose of grievance is to make my feet no longer walk on the ground like two boards after practice, but be more flexible and close to the ground, so that I can exert strength from bottom to top along the meridians during fitness practice.

In the next course, we will first arrange to strengthen the foot strength, and then join the core strength exercise, combined with aerobic cardiopulmonary training. Static makes every movement feel sour, paying attention to quality rather than quantity, while aerobic pays attention to moderate intensity. After exercise, the stretching action is more accurate and the duration is just right. During the whole course, we didn't touch the mobile phone, which made me feel very professional and focused, and made me feel that every minute here was well spent.

None of the coaches I know dares to ask members to take pictures before and after practice. Because of lack of confidence in each other, most members gave up halfway. In the first class, coach Bao Xiao told me that he would try to wear tights in colors other than black in the future in order to take good outline photos. She gave me physical data and set training goals, hoping that I would insist on training at least 3-4 times a week. I usually make an appointment in the morning. She likes this time very much. She said that her interest was to practice by herself and with others, and most of the money she earned was spent on learning and improving her professional ability, which made me admire it even more.

I wish myself to walk with coach Bao Xiao on the road of fitness, go further and longer, speak with practical results and bring positive energy to people around me.
