Shenzhen Meilin Park, built in June 2003, is located in the east of Meilin Reservoir and north of Meilin Village, covering an area of 27 hectares. Nearly a thousand original ancient litchi trees have been preserved in Guli District, most of which are over 100 years old. The ancient trees are towering and lush, which is a rare natural landscape in Shenzhen.

According to the natural terrain of the mountain, Meilin Park has built Lilin activity area, elderly activity square, children's square, Four Seasons square, fitness activity area, hiking trail, valley stream, east gate "Litchi Xiang" scenic area fence, "Twenty-four Filial Piety" promenade and other attractions. And kept the cultural relics of the Three Holy Palace.

Meilin Park consists of four relatively independent plots: Guli District, Colored Meilin District, Tingtao District and Aromatic District. Among them, Guli is located in the residential area of Meilin Village, which is the core scenic spot of Meilin Park. It is planned and constructed according to the standards of municipal parks. On the basis of gradually restoring forest vegetation, Colorful Meilin District, Tingtao District and Aromatic District mainly take protective development measures to protect and optimize existing plant communities, and build necessary hiking trails, fitness platforms and other facilities to meet the needs of citizens for exercise and leisure sightseeing.
