Perhaps because of long-term exercise, Xiaoxi had almost no pregnancy reaction during the whole pregnancy, so that she often forgot that she was a "running with the ball". One day when she was six months pregnant, she was waiting for the bus on the roadside and saw the bus ready to leave. Looking back on her pregnancy trip, Xiaoxi felt incredible-she went to Fuzhou for oriental dance training in March, still taught belly dance in April, traveled to Shanghai, Japan and South Korea in May, studied makeup techniques in Beijing in June, auditioned for Mamma Mia in July and recorded Mamma Mia in August.

After returning, Xiaoxi carefully prepared the rematch program. On February 15, she rushed to Shanghai to show a "surprise".

Can pregnant women do belly dancing?

7. Avoid exercise when the weather is hot and muggy.

8. After 4 months of pregnancy, it is forbidden to do prone exercise.

9. Don't drink cola and juice during pregnancy.
Pregnant women should not be too tired when exercising.
