As for the way of fitness, I suggest that you give priority to the whole body fitness (aerobic), supplemented by line-based projects (anaerobic). In anaerobic exercise, in order to lay a good foundation for your heavy-load exercise in the future, I suggest you use more basic movements, such as bench press, bending, squat, pull-ups (horizontal bar), arm flexion and extension (parallel bar), sit-ups and so on, instead of doing many fancy movements.
