Maybe I didn't have a chance to study when I was a child. After working for many years as an adult, I even have the desire to try. Probably the bud that I want to grow and change in my heart has been awakened and has not been recognized by my brain. I reached into my pocket with my right hand and took out my mobile phone. I scanned the code and added the coach's WeChat. In this way, I embarked on the road of swimming learning.

The coach said that there would be 10 classes. In this way, like all beginners, I signed up to learn the basic stroke-breaststroke. Sure enough, the coach was right, that is, at the end of the eighth class, when I was most tortured and even desperate, I suddenly found "inspiration", perhaps from quantitative change to qualitative change. The biggest gain from learning breaststroke is not that I have overcome my fear of water, but that I have the confidence to learn new skills.

Because of my work, I usually work in the county from Monday to Friday, and I can only go back to the city on weekends, and only the city has a gym with a swimming pool. When the epidemic is serious, many swimming pools and gyms are closed, and swimming practice is forced to be interrupted; The epidemic is over. Keep practicing. In this way, on and off, as long as the gym is open, I have developed the habit of going swimming every weekend.

202 1 Learn breaststroke and set myself a small goal: learn freestyle after CPA exam. I am not alone in this advanced research. A good friend of mine, Jeff, an insurance consultant, has met me for a long time, studying freestyle. In fact, she waited for me for more than two months in order to join me in class.

In the past, teachers also laughed and said that social learning is more efficient. Jeff is older than me 10 years old. For her, she feels that she can't live without me. Day 1 day: Kick for 60 minutes.

The next day: kick for 40 minutes and breaststroke for 500 meters.

Day 3: Kick for 40 minutes and breaststroke for 500 meters.

Day 4: Practice kicking for 50 minutes and paddling for 30 minutes.

Day 5: Kick for 30 minutes, stroke for 30 minutes, freestyle 15 minutes.

Day 6: 10 minute kick, 20 minutes arm stroke and 30 minutes freestyle.

Day 7: arm stroke 10 minutes, ventilation for 20 minutes, freestyle for 30 minutes.

Day 8: Kicking 10 minutes, breathing 10 minutes, freestyle for 30 minutes.

Day 9: Freestyle practice for 40 minutes.

After less than 10 practice, I can basically swim, although I am still awkward at this time. The coach asked me to graduate early. She said that I have taught all the basics, and I will rely on practice in the future. Of course, if you have any questions during the practice, you can ask the coach again. After more than two months, I still can only go swimming on weekends. Today is the weekend, which I have been waiting for for a long time. I made an appointment with Xu Jie, and after putting everything else into fitness, I even came to the gym half an hour early. Because my knee is still a little uncomfortable, I canceled the running project, and I can finally devote myself to swimming practice today.

I started swimming ahead of time before the meeting time. Every time I finish swimming, I look at some clocks hanging on the wall. After swimming back and forth for a few laps, I think I'm going to pass, and I haven't seen Jeff yet. I guess: Sister Xu will not have any special circumstances this time.

Unexpectedly, the coach immediately replied to me with a voice message of nearly 50 seconds. A coach is a coach. It's really eye-catching. When she watched me swim, she knew what my problem was. The coach directly pointed out the core problem that bothered me for many days: premature underwater exhalation is the main reason that leads to my body's hypoxia, sinking, high ventilation head, insufficient ventilation head angle and easy underwater hypoxia fatigue. To put it bluntly, the ventilation action is not standardized.

To my surprise, the coach not only pointed out my main problem, but also told me how to adjust it by marking the angle on the screenshot. She also demonstrated in bed on the spot and asked her partner to record a correct teaching video for me and forward it to me. With this video in bed, I can practice on my own in the dormitory bed from Monday to Friday, which really makes me admire and appreciate.

At the end of the communication, the coach sent me an encouraging word. This is what she said: Great, I like it for you. It takes patience and hard work to reach a certain level. Take your time, sister. If you demand a high level, you have to keep practicing. I believe you.
