As a coach, I have to tell you that this is a common phenomenon. Why is the left side big? It's because your right hand is stronger and your left hand is not strong enough. So when you practice chest with bench press, when you push it to the same height, the left hand is more powerful than the right hand, so the left hand can practice better. If you want to solve this problem, there are two ways. I suggest you use your right hand to make the first one 70-80% heavier.
