Chinese sports researchers made a dynamic observation on the epiphysis of boys aged 15- 16. Through the comparison of lifting weights for one year, the height alone is about 10 cm higher than that of teenagers of the same age who only engage in general sports activities. It was confirmed that all students' epiphyses developed normally, and no epiphyseal plates healed in advance. Therefore, it is concluded that lifting weights will not cause epiphysis growth inhibition. This conclusion also applies to teenagers' bodybuilding training.
