1. Reducing fat is a systemic work. Basically, local fat reduction can only be liposuction. The legendary idea of losing weight wherever you want exists only in advertisements. The only thing you can do is aerobic+waist and abdomen light strength exercise (for shaping).

2. Aerobic exercise, such as running, consumes glycogen in the body in the first 30 minutes and starts to consume fat after 30 minutes. If you only run for 30 minutes, you will get an improvement in physical fitness and have little effect on fat consumption.
