(3) failing to carry out indoor decoration activities on the completed and delivered buildings within the specified working hours, or failing to take effective measures to cause noise pollution;

(four) other illegal acts caused by noise pollution in social life. Organizing entertainment, assembly and other activities in urban streets, squares, parks and other public places, as well as using audio equipment that may produce excessive volume that may interfere with the surrounding living environment, must abide by the provisions of the local public security organs.
