Which boxing is best for long-term practice?
Learn Emei boxing. The requirements for the ligaments of the feet are not high. Because I can't publish pictures, I will publish some exercise methods as a reference first, and I need a map to find me.

1986 I practiced the traditional routine "Twelve Second Hand Silk Wrapping Boxing", which mainly combines deviation, side, roll, advance and retreat, softness and anti-beating. There are six kinds of hitting methods: eight, receiving, shaking, making, splitting and hanging. Exquisite footwork: step out like a plow, and go straight into the palace gate to rush Hong Men. In the routine drills, the main methods are step by step and rubbing step by step, and the strong way requires "slowly pulling the shelf and quickly punching, being strong and quick and crisp for an instant", "boxing is like silkworms spinning, soft and sticky" and "putting a poisonous arrow off the string, and the method is strong".

Ten-second-hand indiscriminate silk-winding boxing is a kind of technical boxing, with only ten-second-hand movements, strong and violent, clear moves, powerful blows and short and pithy. Because you take twelve hands as a section and do straight back and forth exercises, and you have to repeat twelve roads and twenty-four paragraphs every exercise, so you have a lot of exercise, which is very suitable for young people to practice.

Twelve preach disorderly silk fist spectrum yue:

With long legs and a bow, Barna's shock is infinite. David hung up and split the silk, and went straight to Gongchong Hong Men.

Punch four ways, step by step, if you are strong, you will win, if you are quick, you will lose. Recruit the situation for the second hand and exercise yourself repeatedly.

Routine graphic theory

Set about/set about (doing [something])

(1) Stand sideways: stand at attention (Figure 1).

Requirements: Head, vertical neck, chest, abdomen, straight back, waist, buttocks and eyes look straight ahead.

(2) Raise your hand posture: The body posture remains unchanged, with two palms arched forward to the chest from bottom to top, two arms slightly bent, and elbows surrounded. At the same time, the right palm turns to the fist, the heart of the fist is forward, the eye of the fist is downward, and the left palm is obliquely attached to the right fist surface; Look straight ahead (Figure 2).

Requirements: Two palms swing in an arc at the same time, two arms are held horizontally, and the right fist is clenched.

the first paragraph

First, the left bow type

Take a big step to the left with your left foot, kneel down, tilt your toes to the left, and straighten your right leg into a left lunge; At the same time, the body turns slightly to the left, the left palm turns outwards and downwards, and then the palm is turned upwards to form a fist, with the fist center facing down, the elbow bent to the front of the left shoulder, and the right fist rushes out with a flat fist forward to reach the fist surface; Look at the front of the right fist (Figure 3).

Requirements: step on the long mountain (lunge), pull the bow by hand (like tightening the bowstring), twist the waist and punch straight along the shoulder.

Second, the right bow type

Take the left toe of the right foot as the axis, turn right 180 degrees, bend your right leg and straighten your left leg into a right lunge; At the same time, the right fist turns the palm outwards and downwards, then turns it upwards into a fist, with the center of the fist facing downwards, then bends the elbow to the front of the right shoulder, and the left fist rushes out from the front of the left shoulder with the rotation of the inner side of the right arm to reach the fist surface; Look forward with your left fist (Figure 4).

Requirements: turn your hips on the ground, twist your waist along your shoulders, straighten your arms and make a strong effort.

Step three, three arrows

(1) Upper body movements remain unchanged. The left leg bends forward one step, and the center of gravity moves quickly to the left leg. Then slide your right foot to your left heel and take a step forward with your left foot. Look ahead (Figures 5 and 6).

(2) Continue to move up, abduct the left toe, turn left 180 degrees, and bend the right foot into a right lunge with the rotation; At the same time, the right fist extends horizontally to the inside of the left forearm with the rotation, reaching the fist surface, and the left fist bends backwards with the heart facing down and stops in front of the left shoulder; Look at the front of the right fist (Figure 7).

Requirements: the center of gravity should be stable when stepping on the slide, the feet should be rubbed forward, and the punching and closing should be coordinated quickly and fiercely.

Fourth, the left bow type

Take the palm of your right foot as the axis, lift your left leg with your knees bent, and quickly turn to the left 180 degrees. Then your left foot will take a step to the left, bend your knees and straighten your right leg into a left lunge. At the same time, with the rotation of the left fist, the palm is outward, the straight arm is horizontally held to the left front, the elbow-bending fist stops in front of the left shoulder, and the fist center is down; The right fist is retracted from the elbow flexion in front, and then extended forward into a flat fist; Look at the front of the right fist (Figure 8).

Requirements: use the arm to grind quickly, lower the center of gravity in the next step, and twist the waist along the shoulder when punching, with strong force.

Five, right bow.

Take the left toe of the right foot as the axis, turn right 180 degrees, bend your right leg and straighten your left leg into a right lunge; At the same time, the palm of the right fist is turned outwards and downwards, and then turned upwards to make a fist, with the fist center facing downwards. The left fist bends its elbow and retracts to the front of the right shoulder, and the left fist rushes out along the inside of the right arm with the rotation. Look forward with your left fist (Figure 9).

Requirements: push the ground to turn the hip steadily, twist the waist along the shoulder and extend the arm straight, with strong force.

Sixth, double kill and join hands.

Move your right foot forward slightly, and make a right lunge with your left foot; At the same time, the two fists are bent outward and backward respectively, and then pushed out in the direction of forward and downward straight arms through the waist to reach the little finger side; Eyes squint forward and downward (Figure 10).

Requirements: when pushing the palm, lean forward slightly, push the ground, sink your shoulders, straighten your arms and fold your wrists, so that your strength can come out from your waist.
