Healthy physical quality refers to the following points that our body should have in a healthy state:
First: sense of physical coordination. A sense of coordination is the coordination of our bodies. For example, when we are in military training, we will find that many people have the same hands and feet when stepping, which is a typical physical disharmony.
Second: balance. It is not only the balance of limbs, but also the balance of our body and mind, the balance of the strength of our left and right hands, the balance of our left and right muscles and so on. Balance our limbs, but also learn to balance our work and life.
Third: muscle strength. For example, if we lift a bucket of 50 kilograms of water, it will be more difficult before training, but after a period of strength training, we can lift objects that even exceed 100 kilograms.
Fourth: muscle endurance. When we can lift an object of 100 kg for a long time, or run five kilometers, what we need is muscle endurance.
Fifth: flexibility. Flexibility refers to the elasticity and toughness of muscles. Many people think that their bones are hard, so they can't practice flexibility. In fact, flexibility is at the muscle level and has nothing to do with bones. Most bones are hard! Practicing flexibility can prevent limb stiffness and muscle spasm.
