Community is the carrier of the national fitness plan, and the development of community residents' fitness activities affects the realization of the national fitness plan. Through the investigation on the present situation of sports participation of residents in Shishi Garden city community, this paper analyzes the awareness, behavior and influencing factors of sports participation. This paper summarizes the problems that the residents of Shishi Garden City community have insufficient understanding of the importance of physical exercise and fitness, lack of fitness enthusiasm, and the community has not provided good fitness services. This paper will analyze the problems found in the investigation in detail, hoping to contribute to the development of community fitness in Shishi Garden City.
