Boiled chicken breast

Ingredients: chicken breast, mushrooms, lettuce, soy sauce, cooking wine, chicken essence and white pepper.

(2) Add a bowl of water, mushrooms, salt, white pepper and chicken essence to the pot and cook over high fire.

(3) Finally, add lettuce. When the lettuce is cooked, turn off the torch and pour out the oil soup. In this way, chicken and vegetables will not be tasteless, too rotten or out of oil.

2. Chicken breast with honey sauce

Ingredients: 4 pieces of chicken breast, honey, soy sauce, sesame sauce, sesame oil, Chili oil, pepper oil, minced garlic, etc.

(1) Take four bamboo sticks or iron sticks and string a piece of chicken breast on each bamboo stick.

(2) Put the chicken skewers on the baking tray. If you use bamboo sticks, it is best to soak them in water for 30 minutes in advance to avoid burns.
