Only by introducing industrial parks at all costs can the economic development and vitality of the village be promoted. Subsequently, the village committee held a villagers' congress to unify the villagers' thoughts, moved out 207 pairs of graves, and finally settled the industrial park in Xixi at a very low price of 1.7 million/mu.

1998, the first phase of Xixi industrial park started construction, and nine enterprises settled in Xixi industrial park, with an annual output value exceeding 10 billion. Enterprises in the park have introduced more than 4,000 foreign employees, which has brought about the development of the tertiary industry such as catering and house rental, the employment of idle labor, and increased the income of villagers. Dissatisfied with this, Xixi Village Committee decided to further expand the scale of the industrial park and set aside 195 mu as the second phase construction land of Xixi Industrial Park. At present, there are 32 enterprises in Xixi Industrial Park, with a foreign population of more than 1 10,000, and an annual output value of more than 3 billion, accounting for more than one third of Hongqiao's industrial output value.

Xixi village increased the compensation for non-cultivated land in the first phase of the industrial park by more than 3 million yuan, and widened the Xihong route from Xixi village to Hongqiao from 8 meters to 16 meters, which improved the traffic conditions and laid a good foundation for the second phase of the industrial park. At the same time, the roads and roadside pits in the village were transformed and ecological public toilets were built. The rural power grid has been transformed. The village economic cooperative was established by using the land rebate and compensation fee of the second phase industrial park, and more than 20,000 square meters of standard factory buildings were built, and the village collective can get rent of 3 million yuan per year. With the continuous growth of the village collective economy, the intensity and speed of the transformation of old villages are constantly increasing and accelerating. We have won the support of Yueqing Telecom and electric power departments, and invested more than 2 million yuan for the underground burial of village communication network and the transformation of secondary power grid. Build a basketball court and fitness park with standard lighting, and raise 8 million yuan to build Xixi Cultural Leisure Park. The raised funds 1 1 10,000 yuan were used to build the 12th primary school in Hongqiao town, which has been put into use. In April, jointly invested with Yueqing Municipal Health Bureau to build a new community health medical service station.
