I often participate in fitness training. Half a year ago, my weight was 102kg, but now it has dropped to 90 kg, and there are obvious muscles in all parts of my body. Let me tell you my method: I do aerobic exercise for an hour from 8 am to 9 am. I usually choose to ride a bike or run, not too early. Before the sun comes out, the surrounding plants can't carry out photosynthesis, which is not good for the body, and then they can rest normally and go to work. After taking a nap in middle school, do strength training in the afternoon. I usually practice for two hours from 4 pm to 6 pm. I'd better go to the gym if I can. If I can't, I can take part in various sports, such as basketball, football and badminton. Time must be guaranteed! Eat less greasy food at night, do push-ups and sit-ups for half an hour before going to bed, not too long! Don't be too hard on yourself. Losing weight will not happen overnight.
