The second category is equipment with rotating, swinging or sliding parts, such as baby carriages, swings, rocking chairs, seesaws and other equipment. Due to the frequent wear and tear of various moving parts during use, the safe service life of this kind of equipment is determined to be 4 years with reference to the normal service life of general mechanical equipment, in the outdoor environment and under the condition of basically no daily management, combined with the service life of outdoor fitness equipment in use. The third category is other stable equipment without any moving parts, such as fixed stepping piles, balance beams (actually steel parts), fixed stairs, climbing walls, sit-ups and so on. Because there is no phenomenon of abrasion and collision of components, it is determined that the safe service life of these devices in outdoor environment and basically without daily management is 6 years.
