Chapter VI Hypertension (1)

The doctor thinks that as long as he tells you what is wrong, he will serve you.

-according to Mannur Kant.

Hypertension (essential hypertension) is the result of self-regulation of the body because of insufficient water.

The body opens or closes different blood vessels according to changes in blood flow and tissue requirements. When the fluid flow of the whole body decreases, the aperture of the main blood vessels will shrink (close the lumen), otherwise, there will not be enough fluid to fill the space in the lumen. If the blood vessels can't be adjusted and contracted according to the "water volume", the gas will occupy the space and separate the blood, forming an "air plug". Blood vessels adjust the lumen size according to the fluid flow, which conforms to the principle of fluid mechanics. This is the most advanced design, and the blood circulation of human body is based on this principle.

Blood circulation often appears shunt. When we eat, most of the blood flows to the intestine, and some capillaries in other parts also close. When eating, the capillaries in the stomach are more open, and the capillaries in the muscle system are even less open. Only the capillaries that urgently need the support of the circulatory system will be fully opened to allow blood to pass through. In other words, the control of blood by vascular bed in a specific time determines the flow direction and velocity of blood.

This is a natural process, the purpose is to give priority to important things without overloading the body with too much fluid. After the digestive work, the stomach and intestines no longer need more blood, and the circulatory system in other parts will be easily opened. There is a common and indirect example. We don't like to move after dinner, but we want to move after a while. In short, the body has a mechanism to decide which one comes first. It can judge the priority and decide where to send the blood first, which capillaries to open and which capillaries to close. This order is predetermined according to the importance of functions. In blood distribution, the brain, lungs, liver, kidneys and glands take precedence over muscles, bones and skin-unless the system is arranged in a different order. If a certain part of the body constantly demands to increase blood supply, for example, regular fitness activities and muscle exercises, the order of blood supply will change.

Water shortage: the potential danger of hypertension

When the amount of drinking water can't meet the needs of the body, some cells will dehydrate and let water enter the blood circulation system. In order to adjust the reserves and flow, capillary beds in some areas were forced to close. When the body is short of water or dry, 66% of the water in cells is absorbed into the blood circulation system. 26% of extracellular water is absorbed into the blood circulation system, and 8% of water is absorbed from the blood (see figure 13). Only by sealing the lumen of blood vessels can we reduce the loss of water in the blood, and there is no choice. The capillary in the inactive area will be closed first. If all the capillaries are open, the body can't keep balance. Insufficient water, either from the outside or from other parts of the body!

Figure 13: In order to adapt to the loss of blood volume, the arterial system of the whole body selectively closes some lumens. One of the main reasons for the decrease of blood volume is the loss of water in the body, or the lack of water supply caused by the insensitive detection mechanism of water shortage.

Chapter VI Hypertension (2)

Blood flow is determined by the activity of capillary bed in the whole body. The more developed the muscles, the more open the capillaries, and the more blood reserves they occupy. The reason is this: For patients with hypertension, physical exercise is an important part of physiological regulation. This is only one aspect of the physiological characteristics of hypertension. Capillary beds must be kept open to avoid obstructing blood circulation. If the capillary bed is closed, it will hinder blood circulation. Only by increasing the pressure of blood circulation can the liquid flow unimpeded in the system.

The capillary bed is selectively closed because the body is short of water. In addition, there is another reason, the water we drink will eventually enter the cells-water regulates the capacity of cells internally, and salt regulates the capacity of cells externally-and outside the cells is a Wang Yang sea. There is a subtle balance mechanism in the human body, which guarantees the composition of blood at the expense of the change of cell water content. When the body is short of water, some cells have to give up their normal needs, while others will get water in a predetermined proportion to maintain their functions (as mentioned above, water can only enter the cells after being filtered through the cell membrane). However, blood must maintain the stability of its components. Only in this way can all kinds of elements reach the important central area.

It is at this point that the "solute model" is wrong and cannot solve all problems. "This model bases the evaluation system of body function on the solid substance of blood, and fails to realize that water shortage in some parts will lead to diseases. All blood tests are normal, but the capillaries in the heart and brain may be closed, and some cells in these organs are gradually dehydrated, which becomes more and more serious over time until they are damaged. You will understand this truth after reading the chapter "Cholesterol".

When we lose our thirst (that is, we don't realize the dehydration signal) and drink less than our daily needs, some blood vessel beds will automatically close to ensure that other blood vessels are full. The question is, how long can this phenomenon last? The answer is: a long time, until I was seriously ill and dying. Unless we change our cognitive model wisely, both professionals and the general public realize that these problems are related to water metabolic disorder and various water shortage signals, otherwise chronic dehydration will continue to endanger our health and society.

To treat essential hypertension, we should first increase the daily drinking water. The current treatment method is wrong, and it is a complete scientific fallacy. The body wants to keep water, but we say to nature, "No, you don't understand-you must use diuretics to drain water!" " "If we don't drink enough water, the only way for our body to get water is to keep salt (sodium) in the body, which involves the RA system. Only by retaining salt can water remain in the extracellular space. In this space, water is forced to enter some cells with "priority" through the production mechanism of showerhead. Therefore, leaving salt in the body is the last resort to retain water, and the purpose is to make the filter device of "shower head" work.

The human body is very sensitive to the stock of sodium. It is inaccurate to regard this sensitivity as the cause of hypertension, and the root of this error lies in ignorance of the water transport mechanism of the human body. When patients take diuretics and excrete sodium, they will be more short of water. After reaching the level of "dry mouth", they must replenish water. Diuretics will increase the burden of water shortage management mechanism in the body. It can't cure hypertension, but it makes the body absorb salt and water more firmly. However, no matter how much water and salt are absorbed, the problem cannot be solved. After a period of time, diuretics are not effective enough, so patients must be given other drugs.

Chapter 6 Hypertension (3)

There is also a detection problem when diagnosing hypertension. Blood pressure is related to anxiety. If a person is worried about finding high blood pressure during physical examination, his blood pressure will be affected. The data on the instrument cannot reflect the true, natural and normal blood pressure. An inexperienced, sloppy and careless doctor may be afraid of being sued by the patient, neglecting careful analysis and judgment, and come to the conclusion that the patient has hypertension. In fact, this person only has a short-term "anxiety about seeing a doctor", which leads to high data on the instrument. There is another important but often overlooked problem. The correct way to read blood pressure is to let the cuff of the plastic bag fully expand, exceeding the systolic blood pressure data, and then release air until you hear the pulse beating.

Every aorta (and possibly arterioles) is accompanied by a nerve, which can monitor the blood flow in the blood vessels. The cuffs of the rubber bag are filled with air. With the release of air pressure, the blocked artery will open.

After the cuff pressure is reduced, the data of pulse beating can be read, and the misdiagnosis of hypertension is inevitable. Unfortunately, the measurement of hypertension is random (based on diastolic pressure). In this litigious society, even a small diagnosis error may label someone with high blood pressure. Then, there will be a joke.

Water is the best natural diuretic. Patients with hypertension should drink more water as long as they urinate fully, and do not need any diuretics. If long-term "hypertension dehydration" has caused heart syndrome, it is necessary to gradually increase the amount of drinking water to avoid excessive water accumulation in patients.

In these patients, sodium preservation mechanism is essential. After drinking more water, the urine volume will increase accordingly, and the edema fluid (swelling)-edema filled with toxic substances-will be washed away and the heart will recover.

The following letter has been approved by the author, who hopes to enjoy a pleasant experience with the readers of this book.

Dear Dr. Batman,

I ordered another book about water written by you, and the first one was given to my son. Let me tell you about your book and my experience. Maybe you'd be interested to hear it.

My eldest son, Charles, is 58 years old. He lives with me. He is not only deaf, but also autistic. I take him to the disabled clinic three or four times a week. The doctor took his blood pressure and told me to continue taking medicine-his high pressure was 140- 160 and his low pressure was 100- 104. I just read your book, and I told the doctor to let me experiment for two weeks. He agreed reluctantly, but warned me that it was dangerous.

I left Charles at home, gave him water regularly and quantitatively, and added a little magnesium and potassium.

Two weeks later, the nurse took his blood pressure. 106/80. She said, "The doctor will come at once." The doctor obviously didn't believe her. He came to verify it himself and had to admit that it was true. He didn't ask me what I did, and I didn't tell him about drinking water. I'll tell him if my blood pressure can stay at this level.

There is nothing special. Start drinking water regularly and quantitatively. But ten days later, I found that shaking my head quickly would make me dizzy, and this problem disappeared. I couldn't lie flat on the bed before, so I could only put a few pillows on it. I'm much better now. I only get sick once a month. But I'm 82 and a half years old!

Thank you for your work. We really need your advice. I hope you are healthy and energetic.

Charles' mother brought her son's blood pressure back to normal. If you notice that her doctor is completely uninterested, you will understand that we are facing a health care crisis, and the solution to the crisis is in our own hands!

Michael Parker used to be the manager of the Simple Medical Foundation. This foundation is a medical research (think tank) institution, which promotes science education and public education throughout the country and introduces the changes of water metabolism and cognitive model. Mr. Parker briefly introduced the diseases he suffered from since childhood. Who would have thought that so many seemingly unrelated diseases were all related to drinking water? Just adjust the daily water consumption and they will disappear! Mr. Parker's illness was well solved, and his wife also adopted this "treatment ceremony".

Dear Dr. Batman, this letter aims to prove the benefits of water, which is an important part of regulating daily diet and ensuring good health. I have been following your advice for nearly five years, and I naturally think that drinking water has a positive effect.

Before I used your therapy, I was overweight, had high blood pressure, suffered from asthma and allergies. I have these diseases since I was a child. I've been taking medicine. Now, I have controlled my weight and blood pressure (I lost 30 Jin and my blood pressure dropped 10 mm). Your treatment has reduced the frequency of my asthma and allergies. Actually, it's basically gone. Besides, I have other benefits. I have fewer colds and flu, and even if I have the flu, my symptoms are much lighter.

I recommended this method to my wife. She has been taking antihypertensive drugs for four years, and recently she got rid of the medicine bottle by increasing the amount of water.

Thank you again for your treatment.

Michael patrice is a member of the Rotary Club. A few years ago, I was invited to give a lecture at his club, and he first learned about my work. One day we had lunch together, and I told him in detail that both hypertension and obesity were caused by chronic dehydration. He took my advice and began to increase the amount of water he drank every day, and persuaded his wife to do the same. Please note that both letters mentioned the effect of increasing drinking water on relieving asthma and allergies.

Lieutenant Colonel Watt Burmeister also found that water can lower blood pressure. He agreed to make his letter public. You will read that he quit drugs and let himself stimulate Batman's natural mechanism to regulate blood pressure.

Since water is a natural diuretic, why do some smart people in liberal arts insist on using chemicals to expel water from the kidneys? I think this is caused by negligence. This treatment is bound to damage the kidneys and ultimately the heart, and should be abandoned.

My colleagues are still using diuretics to treat hypertension, and they are likely to be sued by patients for negligence and confusion. The information provided in this book is enough for patients to see clearly that it is a stupid way to treat "hypertension" with diuretics, which will only bring harm to the body. 1February 1995, smokers joined forces to sue the tobacco industry. This case should be taken as a lesson by the medical community.

Chapter VI Hypertension (5)

Dear Dr. Batman: You helped my wife and I understand the importance of water to health. Thank you again.

We obviously think that drinking more water is very helpful to lose weight-doctors have been urging us to lose weight for years. I lost about 45 pounds and my blood pressure dropped. You don't need to take medicine to maintain your blood pressure now. After my wife lost weight, her back pain for many years was greatly relieved. In addition, she believes that with the weight loss, the discomfort and troubles caused by allergies are much less.

Dear Dr. F. Batman: I wrote you a letter on May 24th, 1994, and you called once, and then I was busy moving. My current address is LTC Walterf. Burmeister, zip code 1 18, zip code 79935.

Oh, it is very important that I can prove that tap water is very effective in lowering blood pressure. From the beginning of April, 1994, I followed your advice and drank at least 8 glasses of water in an 8-ounce glass every day, sometimes more. After about three months, I stopped taking diuretics and calcium blockers. My blood pressure used to be maintained by drugs, but now it is gradually decreasing. In the past, the average systolic blood pressure was between 150- 160, and the diastolic blood pressure was between 95 and 98. Do not use drugs now, systolic blood pressure 130- 135, diastolic blood pressure 75-80. It's amazing.

My wife took my blood pressure at home and wrote down two or three data at a time. Records show that several times the high pressure was lower than 120 and the low pressure was lower than 75, and only once the high pressure reached 140 and the low pressure reached 90. However, the above average has always been the majority.

In addition to vitamins and minerals, drinking tap water without taking medicine and adding a little salt has greatly liberated my body. I have no doubt that you have mastered the revolutionary and magical concept of drug abuse.

You are about to publish a book, and you need some examples of hydrotherapy. I want to write down my experience as a reward.

welcome
