Shunyi will upgrade and transform the traditional market and agricultural and sideline products market. Transform the operating environment of agricultural and sideline products market in the old city, and build a smart and convenient market with reasonable functional layout, cleanliness and hygiene, perfect quality control and advanced circulation mode. At the same time, we will promote the relocation and upgrading of Shimen market, study the planning purpose of the original site, strengthen rural management, improve infrastructure and standardize business activities.

It is understood that Beijing Shunxin Shimen Agricultural Products Wholesale Market was established in 1994, located in Shimen Village, Renhe District, Shunyi District. At the end of 2000, Beijing Shunxin Agricultural Co., Ltd. took control of Shimen Market and completed the shareholding system reform, becoming the only agricultural product wholesale market in Beijing controlled by listed companies. The market covers an area of 500,000 square meters, with a building area of 6,543.8+0.5 million square meters. Divided into vegetables, fruits, grain and oil, aquatic products, meat and eggs, spices, non-staple food department stores and other business areas.

2. Airport Duty Free City Project

Shunyi will promote the airport duty-free city project as a whole, and attract consumption abroad to return through comprehensive formats such as duty-free shopping, cultural leisure, entertainment experience and special catering. It is understood that this project, jointly built by China International Travel Service Co., Ltd., Capital Airport Group and Shunyi District Government, will be a world-class airport commercial project, and strive to build "the world's first airport commercial complex".

3. New China Exhibition Phase II and Phase III

On the basis of the first phase of the new national exhibition, Shunyi District actively promoted the construction of the second and third phases of the new national exhibition, used the influence of professional exhibitions to promote the comprehensive consumption of shopping, culture and tourism, and built an international exchange consumption platform. Upon completion, it will reach a net area of 400,000 square meters for indoor exhibitions and 50,000 square meters for meetings. 4. Airport No.1 Commercial Complex Project

Airport No.1 commercial complex project has started to attract investment, and signed contracts with more than 20 famous brands such as Beijing Hualian Group Investment Holding Co., Ltd., Macau Wharf Duty Free Group, KFC, Starlight Cinema and Starbucks. Located in Tianzhu Town, this project will become an urban complex integrating the three main functions of five-star hotels, Grade A office buildings and commercial facilities in Windham. It is reported that more than 400 well-known domestic brands will sign contracts one after another in the future.

The project is adjacent to the T3 and T2 terminals of the Capital Airport, and is located in the core of the airport living area, commercial area and airport area. Among them, the hotel has nine floors above ground and two floors underground, with 466 rooms, an oversized banquet hall with an area of more than 800 square meters, a theme restaurant, a multi-function hall, a conference hall, a Chinese restaurant, a western restaurant, a bar, a coffee bar, a spa swimming, a fitness, a sauna, an Internet cafe, KTV entertainment, a business center and other functions. The project is expected to create 6,000 jobs and effectively promote regional economic development.

5. Jinbao Tianjie Commercial Project

Many shops in Jinbao Tianjie Commercial Project, such as Yonghui Supermarket, McDonald's, Xiabu Xiabu and Orirun International Children's Training Center, have been opened one after another to provide convenience for the surrounding residents. Shops such as Oran Universal Studios will also open one after another to meet the public.

It is reported that the commercial project of Jinbao Tianjie is located in the north of Jinbao Garden Community, which is divided into two phases, with a total construction area of about 6,543,807,500 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is about 6,543,805 square meters. The construction area of the first phase of the project is 1 1 ,000 square meters, and some merchants in the commercial street have now opened. The second phase of the project has been successfully capped and is scheduled to be put into production before the end of June next year. After the whole project is put into use, it will become a large-scale comprehensive commercial body integrating shopping, leisure, entertainment, catering, education, training and office, which can enrich the commercial format of Shunyi District and better meet the high-quality consumption needs of Shunyi residents.

6. Hejing Tianhui Plaza Commercial Project

Hejing Tianhui Plaza Commercial Project is located in the southeast of the intersection of Changjin Road and Shun 'an Road in Niulanshan, which is divided into a centralized commercial area on the north side and a small commercial center on the south side.
