Qiu Jiduan Gymnasium of Beijing Normal University is located on the west side of the campus, covering an area of 1 1250 square meters. Gymnasium construction area 15987 square meters, aboveground construction area of 8994 square meters, underground construction area of 6993 square meters, and above-ground building height of 24 meters.

The gymnasium consists of two parts: the main gymnasium and the affiliated training gymnasium. Among them, the auditorium is divided into the basement (comprehensive hall) and the basement (mainly swimming pool). The underground swimming pool of the Grand Museum includes a standard swimming pool with 50 meters ×8 lanes and two gymnasiums with an area of about 400㎡, which can be used for fitness and gymnastics. The underground complex of the main building provides basketball, volleyball and badminton venues, which meet the domestic small and medium-sized competition standards. At the same time, it also meets the functions of cultural performances, large-scale conferences, exhibitions, negotiations and so on. The venue provides 3434 seats for spectators, including 1684 movable seats and 1750 fixed seats. The affiliated training hall is a two-story building with a basketball training hall, a badminton training hall and an open-air network training ground on the roof.
