The physical exercise we are doing now is aerobic exercise, and there is no possibility of anaerobic exercise. At present, many fitness places in society don't know what aerobic exercise is, and rarely can guide the correct exercise methods.

Fitness is mainly based on group training. Generally, it is best to practice 4-6 groups at a time, each group 10-20 times, and each group is 3-5 minutes apart. If it is a weight-bearing exercise, the weight is 40%-60% of your own weight.
