Maybe many people don't understand a reaction to excessive exercise. In fact, there are many times when too much exercise causes unbearable load to the body.
Excessive exercise is likely to do great harm to the body. Some people are too eager to achieve success when exercising. So in this case, increase the speed or intensity of your exercise. If you are a person who doesn't exercise much at ordinary times, it will do great harm to your body.
There are many fitness exercises, so make sure you can do them professionally. And like some close-up movements, when imitating or practicing, we must also ensure that we can do it very standard. If the posture is wrong, it will not only be cautious, but also cause harm to the body.
I also hope that when you lose weight, don't rush for success. In fact, I know that many people around me want to lose weight quickly and see results as soon as possible, so I will choose some extreme ways.
Well, in my opinion, I don't think it's a good idea to go on a hunger strike or take diet pills with strenuous exercise. If you really want to lose weight healthily, you should control your diet, add appropriate exercise within the normal range, and let your body lose weight slowly under healthy conditions.
