If you want to run faster, you must have a training plan, and your movements cannot be single.
For example: running back and forth at a certain distance, running explosively at a certain distance, sprinting at a certain distance, and planned strength training.
For example: explosive running-the explosive force of kicking the forefoot at the beginning of exercise.
Run back and forth quickly-exercise your flexibility and control.
Sprint running-the explosive force after endurance exercise, (finally, only use the forefoot to run)
For example: strength training-leg muscle group training (thigh, calf, back of thigh)
Note: You should plan your own diet. An adequate and healthy diet is the foundation of any exercise.
