Fuzhou Urban Forest Trail, also known as Fudao, is the first aerial forest trail in China and the longest aerial forest trail in Asia. Fudao adopts the hollow steel frame design pioneered in China, and the main body is composed of hollow steel tube truss, with the main shaft length of 8.2 km and the total length of the loop line of about 19 km.
Under the guidance of the concept of "maximizing social, economic and environmental benefits", China No.1 Metallurgical Company, the contractor, used mules and horses to carry materials manually, and adopted a number of innovative technical measures such as aerial hoisting and assembly in mountainous areas. Through the coordination and unity of minimally invasive ecology and humanized construction, the construction of aerial forest trails on fragile ridges has been realized, and a landmark project integrating ecology, functionality and practicality has been created, providing citizens with a good place to exercise and enjoy the scenery.

It is reported that Zhan Tianyou Award is the highest honor for scientific and technological innovation of civil engineering construction projects in China, aiming at promoting scientific and technological innovation and progress of civil engineering industry, covering important awards in various fields of civil engineering such as architecture, bridges, railways, tunnels, rail transit, highways, water conservancy, ports and municipal administration. 42 projects were selected for the19th Zhan Tianyou Award.
