How to guide posture when taking pictures
Sitting posture (high chair)

The high chair is a good prop in sitting posture, because it can fully stretch the lower body of the model and bring a slender effect visually. Let the model sit in a chair, and both inner and outer legs can look slender. Just look up when you shoot.

For hands, it is a good choice for models not to appear empty. Glasses are also good props. When you can't think of any props, just bring glasses, which are light, compact and versatile. Or let the model's hand rest on the back of the chair.

Sitting posture (sofa/low chair)

This is a posture that can be used in most scenes. It is recommended to take a half-length photo to avoid the disadvantage that the lower body can't stretch. Just look up when you shoot.

If it is positive, you can also take a drink as a shooting prop. Drinks are recommended as props. Just have one or two pictures to reconcile, so as not to be abused.

prone position

This scene is a bathtub with a wave pool, which allows the model to lie down and shoot easily. The prone position can only be used indoors where the scene is suitable, but once the prone position can be used, the model will relax all over, which is especially suitable for taking pictures, and it can be more natural without deliberately making the model put on an expression.

Also, if you shoot with a wide-angle lens, you can still have a good stretching effect by winding your legs around. Keep the camera at the same level or slightly higher than the model's body when shooting.

standing position

Standing posture should be the most commonly used pose posture. There are many applicable scenes, both indoors and outdoors. Up-shooting, down-shooting and flat-shooting all have good effects, which are basically more versatile and easy to use.

standing position

One of the more difficult things about standing is that you often don't know how to put your hands. The more common method is to match the hair. Girls with long hair can play with their hair. If they are girls with short hair, it is more suitable to pull their hair back from the hairline. And the model's expression will naturally relax when the hair is pulled.

Squat posture

Squat posture is suitable for clean or distinctive ground, or when the background of head-up shooting is too messy, you can change the framing method with squat posture. It should be noted that if you squat, you should pay attention to the orientation of the model's limbs and try to make the joint position not face the camera.

Shooting with the top of the head is particularly easy to highlight the model's face and let the center of gravity of the picture be in the position of the model's face.

sitting position

Sitting posture and squatting posture are similar to the applicable scenes, and are also suitable for clean or distinctive ground. The background is preferably relatively clean or has a relatively symmetrical and regular shape, and the regular background can also be used as a guide line to focus the vision on the model.
