Our generation of young people, 9, have many bad habits, especially in the workplace. Staying up late, working overtime, smoking, drinking and overeating are simply destroying their health. Some people will say that I can't help myself. I understand and sympathize with people who struggle for their lives, but I also play games such as ringing bells, hangover and small barbecue in fried chicken hot pot. Looking back, who didn't brush a video with a mobile phone before going to bed to catch a play? It's almost dawn when I figure it out, haha ~

Obviously, these can be restrained. I joined a company as soon as I graduated from college. I thought it was good to be a white-collar worker. After a long time, I found that some jobs are physically tired, but some jobs are mentally tired. At that time, I was often unhappy, obsessed with the wall and carefree. Coupled with the burden of overtime, I like to eat fried chicken, hot pot and barbecue when I am unhappy for a long time.

If I gain a little weight, I may not shake my heart, just like many young people's attitude when they encounter difficulties is to lie flat. Later, the company organized a physical examination. Some people have thyroid nodules, some people have Helicobacter pylori, and I am no exception, with stones and fatty liver. At this time, we really realized that health is so precious ~

As the saying goes, health is the capital of revolution.

From that day on, I vowed to keep these little problems away from my body, so I made three changes:

A healthy diet. Have a regular life. Exercise. When I started to control my diet, I found it very painful to control my mouth. I really changed a lot from the high-fat meal at first to one meal a day later and one meal a week now. Personally, I think this is enough.

Once the bad habit of staying up late is formed, it is difficult to change. I always go to bed before 1 1 when I go to school, but I become a clock after work. Even after 1 in the morning, I feel worse and worse, and gradually become regular, from 1 to 12 and then from 12.

Finally, exercise. Many people exercise for their own reasons. I exercise for only one reason-"health". I hope to use the fragmented time to exercise and make these diseases disappear.

It turns out that I did it. Four or five years, a little thinner. What's more, my little problem is gone. When I got the medical report, I jumped with joy.

I remember my former leader was a fat elder sister. She is at least 180kg, and her height is close to1.7m. If she were not very fat, I'm afraid she would be a beauty. What she often says is that she is afraid that her husband will abandon her because she is too fat. After she resigned, she posted fitness videos on social software every day. After three or five years, she actually lost weight 120 kg.

So fitness can really help people a lot. Although we don't insist on losing weight, who doesn't want to have a healthy body? For yourself and your family, stop overeating, shut up and take your legs ~
