Is fitness before or after meals?
The difference between pre-meal fitness and post-meal fitness

Regarding pre-meal fitness, if you exercise directly without eating, both the training weight and aerobic endurance will be much worse than usual. After training for a period of time, you will feel very tired, your stomach will growl, and it is often difficult to stick to the plan. As for after-meal fitness, if you have enough time, you can choose after-meal fitness, so that your body will get enough energy, buffer for a longer time and be more conducive to exercise. So everyone can know that it is better to exercise after meals.

Fitness action recommendation

Squat, straighten your torso, bend over and squat. This action is very effective and helpful for training leg muscles.

Push-ups should not be done immediately after meals, which will cause food reflux and it is not recommended to practice on an empty stomach. You should rest for half an hour after eating.

Flat support, prone, elbows bent and supported on the ground, feet on the ground, trunk straight. Keep your head, shoulders and feet on the same plane, tighten your abdominal muscles and keep breathing evenly.
