Article 1 This system is formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Sports Law of the People's Republic of China and the Notice of the State Sports General Administration on Regulating the Work of Sports Project Management Centers for the purpose of developing the cause of fitness and bodybuilding in China, strengthening the construction and management of fitness coaches and scientifically guiding the mass fitness and bodybuilding activities. Article 2 A fitness coach refers to a person who is engaged in teaching activities, sports guidance, skill imparting, business consulting, organization and management in the sports fitness and bodybuilding industry. Those who meet the requirements and perform their duties can apply for and obtain fitness instructors with corresponding technical levels in accordance with the provisions of this system. Article 3 The technical titles of fitness instructors are divided into three levels, two levels, one level and one level. Article 4 A person who applies for a technical level title or is promoted to the next level title shall participate in the corresponding level of business training and pass the examination, and meet the following conditions: (1) A three-level fitness instructor must have: 1, high school or technical secondary school education or above. 2, good health, have a certain theoretical basis and practical experience in fitness. 3. Obtained the title of "Three-level Athlete" in the bodybuilding project of the State Sports General Administration (or met the application conditions of this title). 4. Obtained the title of "second-class athlete" and the following in other sports of the State Sports General Administration. (2) A second-level fitness instructor must have: 1, and have worked as a third-level fitness instructor for more than one year. 2, physical education major, college sophomore or above (including sophomore) students. 3. Non-physical education college graduates. 4. Obtained the title of "Grade II Athlete" in the bodybuilding project of the State Sports General Administration (or met the application conditions of this title). 5. Won the title of "First Class Athlete" in other sports of the State Sports General Administration. (3) A first-class fitness instructor must have: 1, and have worked as a second-class fitness instructor for more than one year. 2. College graduates majoring in physical education. I graduated from Physical Education Institute for one year and worked in a fitness club for more than one year. 4. Obtained the title of "First Class Athlete" in the bodybuilding project of the State Sports General Administration (or met the application conditions of this title), and 5. Won the title of "excellent sportsman" in the basic sports of the State General Administration of Sport. (4) National fitness coaches must have 1 and have been engaged in fitness coaching for more than one year. 2, colleges and universities, fitness, social sports and sports rehabilitation professional undergraduate graduation for one year, and have more than one year of work experience in health clubs. 3. Won the title of "athlete" in the bodybuilding project of the State Sports General Administration (or a title that meets the application conditions). 4. Won the title of "International Master" in other projects of the State Sports General Administration. Article 5 To apply for the title of technical grade of fitness instructor, the following materials shall be submitted to China Bodybuilding Association or its entrusted organization: (1) Application Form for Technical Grade of Fitness Instructor (to be filled in when attending training). (two) the original and photocopy of the fitness instructor's technical grade certificate. (3) The original and photocopy of my ID card, education certificate, the technical grade certificate of bodybuilding (or other sports) athletes issued by the State Sports General Administration or the competition results declared in accordance with the corresponding technical grade. (4) Work certificate of fitness institution (printed and stamped with the official seal of fitness institution). Article 6 After examining the completeness of the materials submitted by the applicant, the institution accepting the application shall charge the corresponding training fees according to the declared grades and organize the training as required. Those who pass the examination will be awarded the technical grade certificate of fitness instructor made by China Bodybuilding Association. Article 8 Fitness coaches at all levels shall engage in fitness guidance in accordance with the following provisions: (1) Engage in the guidance of popularizing fitness and bodybuilding. (two) in violation of the relevant provisions of the state, engaged in special skills teaching, homework guidance and other paid services. Article 8 National fitness coaches and fitness coaches at all levels in regions and industry systems where bodybuilding associations have not been established may register with China Bodybuilding Association. Kujou Hajime, second-class and third-class fitness instructors should register with the fitness associations of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and industry sports associations. If a registered fitness instructor moves across regions, the administrative department of the region where he moves in shall recognize his technical grade title. The following materials shall be submitted for the registration of fitness instructors: (1) the technical grade registration form of fitness instructors. (two) the original fitness instructor technical level registration certificate. (3) the original of my ID card. Tenth registration is valid for two years, and the registration time is six months before the expiration. The overdue unregistered certificate is invalid. The date of obtaining the certificate is regarded as the date of first registration. Eleventh fitness instructors at all levels registration fee 20 yuan. Twelfth fitness instructor training, the use of unified teaching materials approved by China Bodybuilding Association. The teaching work is the responsibility of the Training Committee of China Bodybuilding Association. Thirteenth fitness instructors in violation of the relevant provisions of article seventh of this system, which has a negative impact on the development of fitness and bodybuilding, shall be criticized and educated by their units, relevant sports organizations or bodybuilding associations, and shall be ordered to make corrections. If the circumstances are serious and the influence is bad, the unit, sports organization or bodybuilding association shall report to China Bodybuilding Association to revoke its title of technical grade and withdraw its certificate. Those who violate the criminal law shall be investigated for criminal responsibility by the judicial department according to law. Fourteenth this system shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. "Fitness Instructor Technical Grade (Provisional) System" (No.78 [2003] of the former Social Sports Guidance Center of the State Sports General Administration) shall be abolished by itself.
