Of course, on the tennis court, people look for solutions to problems and compete with each other. They come out to play ball, play a few balls first, probably warm up, and then say "OK, serve". From now on, we made a mistake. It's good to play a few games every time, but it's more important to improve. Yes, improvement is one of the three important reasons why almost every tennis player I have talked to plays tennis. 90% tennis players I interviewed listed three important reasons why they played tennis: fun, improvement and fitness satisfaction.
This DVD is designed to meet these three goals at the same time. Remember, practice classes can provide good physical condition and promote faster improvement, of course, only compared with simple competitions. These 35 innovative exercises were selected by drawing lessons and experience after teaching players of all levels for hours of trial and error. They have been proved to be effective methods by players who have used them for several years. I hope you will find them as creative and interesting as we do.
This video is divided into three parts.
The first part is the practice of feeding and controlling the ball.
The second part is batting and sparring training, which mainly aims at a certain mobilization skill or the comprehensive application of mobilization skills.
The third part is what we call realistic training, which is very close to the real game.
The fourth and final part is to use some training facilities in the venue to play games and practice. As long as you adjust the position of the players standing on the field, you can easily adjust the practice and difficulty.
Here are a few examples:
1. Turn and hit the ball-Let's start this unit with good practice of reaction, quick reaction and maintaining accuracy under pressure. A player throws a ball with his back to the net at an opponent standing on the other side of the net. When the ball bounces off the ground, he calls the opponent's name, and then the player who is called by the name turns to catch the ball, with the goal of hitting the ball across the net and into the opponent's court. This sport is suitable for people of different levels, whether beginners or highly skilled people. The adjustment of novices is nothing more than making them stand closer and the throwers call out each other's names earlier. The only safety consideration is that the thrower should try not to stand on the route where the incoming ball may fly.
2. Play with your hands-For tennis players of any level, a steady shot is the key. You can feel it, even hear it. This exercise seems simple, but many players find it easy to find the feeling of falling to the earth through it. Players should practice to hit the ball steadily even with backhand, no matter how the landing changes. One thing to be reminded is that before hitting the ball at high speed, try to land slowly to reduce the chances of people touching towels on the court. If you are a person with a towel on the court, I suggest you make friends with someone you can trust with a racket.
3 Two round trips per minute-this exercise is mainly to practice any service in singles or doubles. Different from the competition, the server has two chances to serve and the receiver has only one chance.
In practice, reduce the pressure on the receiver and put pressure on the server. The purpose is to emphasize the success rate of the first serve and encourage you to surf the internet actively when you receive a slow ball. The rules are simple:
The receiver may not have received the opponent's first serve, or the receiver may have made a mistake in receiving the serve, and he still has a second chance. If the server loses one point every time he makes a mistake in serving, the conventional scoring method can be used.
4. Win the last score or zero-the next game is loved by many people, and it is very simple and effective. It is also suitable for singles, doubles and chess.
Allows players to fully understand the importance of winning points. Suppose the score of our two players is 40- 15. If the server wins again, it's over, but if he doesn't score, then
His score will return to 0, and the new score is 0-30. In this case, they can also serve again on an equal footing. Another example is if the receiver is ahead.
30-40. Now if they fail to seize the opportunity, the score will become 40-0, and the server will lose. This is the integral adjustment used in this exercise, and it is also used in some open competitions.
