I fell in love with fitness more than a year ago.
This is how I arrange my time.
I arrange morning exercises at least twice a week, because only the morning time belongs to me completely and will not be disturbed, once on weekdays and once on weekends. When there is no morning exercise, I usually like to make my own breakfast ~
Then there will be 1-2 times in fun run, and then you will have more time to do your favorite things in the evening, including fitness.
It is suggested to make a reasonable plan every month, which is easier to stick to and keep fresh for a long time.
You can also find the same couple in the same city to supervise each other.
