Article 2: Party A's Work

Article 3: Party B's Work
3. 1. Party B shall be responsible for the construction of this project and submit it to Party A for approval.
3.2, strictly implement the construction specifications, safety operation procedures, fire safety regulations, environmental protection regulations, and make the quality inspection records. Participate in the completion acceptance and prepare the project settlement.
3.3. Comply with the regulations of the state or local government and relevant departments on the management of the construction site, properly protect the construction site and prevent the surrounding buildings, equipment and pipelines from being damaged. Article 4: Time limit agreement

4.2. As Party A fails to complete the work as agreed, the construction period will be postponed.
Article 5: Agreement on Project Quality and Acceptance
5. 1. Standard stipulates that the acceptance standard of quality evaluation adopts the construction and acceptance standards formulated by countries such as Code for Construction and Acceptance of Building Decoration Engineering (JGJ73-9 1) and Unified Standard for Quality Inspection and Evaluation of Building Installation Engineering (GBJ300-88).
5.2, the quality of this project should meet the national quality evaluation standards.
5.3 In case of quality accidents caused by materials and construction provided by Party B, the cost of rework shall be borne by Party B, and the construction period shall not be postponed.
5.4 After the project construction is completed, Party B shall notify Party A for comprehensive acceptance.
Article 6: Agreement on Project Price and Settlement

Article 7: Material Supply Agreement
All materials and equipment purchased by Party B shall not be used if they do not meet the quality requirements or have different specifications. If it has been used, Party B shall be responsible for the losses caused to the project.
Article 8: Agreement on Project Warranty Period

Article 9: Safety Production and Fire Prevention Agreement

Article 10: Liability for breach of contract
10. 1. If the completion is overdue due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall pay Party A a penalty of 500 yuan/day for each day overdue.
10.2. Without the consent of Party A, Party B dismantles and changes the original building structure or equipment pipeline without authorization, and the losses or accidents (including fines) caused thereby shall be borne by Party B. ..
