Article 3 All units and individuals engaged in the operation, consumption and management of sports activities within the administrative area of this Municipality shall abide by these regulations. Article 4 The management of sports business activities shall follow the principles of openness, enlivening, supporting and guiding, cultivate and prosper the sports market and promote the development of sports industry. Fifth city, district and county sports administrative departments are the administrative departments in charge of sports business activities within their respective administrative areas, and are responsible for the management of sports business activities within their respective jurisdictions. Industry and commerce, public security, culture, health and family planning, price, environmental protection, taxation and other administrative departments. Cooperate with each other to do relevant management work according to their respective responsibilities. Article 6 After obtaining the business license from the administrative department for industry and commerce, a sports activity operator shall file with the administrative department for sports. Article 7 To engage in sports business activities, the following conditions shall be met:

(a) there are business projects that meet the requirements;

(2) Having a sports business place that meets the requirements of safety, fire control, sanitation and environmental protection;

(3) Having sports equipment that meets the national technical standards;

(4) Having qualified sports professionals and technicians;

(5) Other conditions required by laws and regulations. Eighth engaged in high-risk sports, should apply to the district and county sports administrative departments, sports business license. Ninth sports operators must operate according to the approved business scope. Article 10 The acceptance of consumers by sports venues shall not exceed the personnel capacity limit.

Fifteenth the legitimate rights and interests of sports operators are protected by law, and no unit or individual may infringe upon them. Sports operators have the right to refuse the following acts:

Seventeenth sports operators shall perform the following obligations:

(5) Maintaining the environmental sanitation of the business premises;

(six) other obligations stipulated by laws and regulations. Eighteenth sports operators should accept the supervision and inspection of the administrative department of sports, and provide relevant information in accordance with the requirements of the administrative department of sports. Article 19 The legitimate rights and interests of sports consumers are protected by law and enjoy the following rights:

Choose sports activities independently;

(5) Other rights stipulated by laws and regulations. Twentieth disputes between consumers and sports operators can be resolved through the following channels:

(4) bring a lawsuit to the people's court. Article 21 Consumers shall perform the following obligations:

(1) Be polite and observe social morality;
