I. International athletes:

Anyone who meets one of the following conditions can apply for the title of international athlete.

(a) in the Olympic Games, world championships and World Cup competitions, athletes who won the top three in men's and women's teams (except those with poor personal performance) won the top eight in each individual competition;

(2) The top 16 players in the world rankings published by 2)ITTF in that year;

(3) Athletes who won the top three individual events in the professional tour finals organized by ITTF.

Second, athletes:

Anyone who meets one of the following conditions may apply for the title of athlete.

(1) Athletes who have been officially qualified for the Olympic Games, World Championships and World Cup;

(2) The top 50 athletes in the world announced by ITTF;

(3) Athletes who have won the top eight in any one of the Asian Games, Asian Championships and Asian Cup.

(4) In the major international competitions recognized by ITTF and China Table Tennis Association, four of the top 16 teams in the world participated in the international competition (outstanding players announced by ITTF and Asian Table Tennis Federation must participate), and the athletes who won the top two teams (athletes who applied for the competition must play at least one-third of the times, and the winning times reached 50%) won the top three in individual competitions;

(five) in the World Youth Games, the World University Games, the World University Table Tennis Competition, and the Asian Youth Championship, the athletes who won the team championship (the athletes who applied for the competition must play 50% of the times, of which 50% are the winning times) and won the top three in each individual event;

(six) in the National Games, national championships, China Table Tennis Association Cup, the top four athletes in the group (athletes who apply for participation must have an attendance rate of not less than 50%, of which 50% have won prizes); Athletes who won 16 before singles and 4 before doubles;

(7) Athletes who won the team championship in the National City Games and the National Youth Competition (athletes who signed up for the competition must play 50% of the times, including 50% of the winning times) and athletes who won the top three in each individual competition;

(eight) in the annual China table tennis club Super League competition, the top four athletes of men's and women's teams (the athletes who apply for the competition must appear at least one third of the time, of which 50% win the championship); Five to eight athletes (applicants must participate in at least two-thirds of the competitions, of which 60% have won); 9- 12 athletes (applicants must participate in at least two-thirds of the competitions, of which 70% will win);

(9) In the annual China Table Tennis Club A competition, the athletes who won the top two in the men's and women's teams (the athletes who apply for the competition must play two-thirds of the time; Among them, the number of winning games reached 80%);

(ten) athletes who won the top two singles in the final of the national youth competition;

(1 1) In the annual official competition, the Chinese Table Tennis Association will recommend two athletes according to their performance and technical level.

Third, first-class athletes.

Anyone who meets one of the following conditions may apply for the title of first-class athlete.

(1) Athletes who won 16 in the national games, national championships and China Table Tennis Association Cup, 32 in doubles and 64 in singles;

(2) Athletes who have won the top eight teams and the top sixteen singles in the national city games and national youth competitions;

(3) The top six athletes in the national junior competition finals and the top 16 athletes in singles;

(4) Athletes who won the top three teams and the top eight singles in the national amateur juvenile finals.

Fourth, second-class athletes:

Anyone who meets one of the following conditions may apply for the title of second-class athlete.

(1) Athletes who have won the top six teams and the top eight individuals in adult and youth competitions held in provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.

(2) Athletes who have won the top three in team competitions organized by local (city) or equivalent provincial cities, as well as in formal competitions organized by provinces, cities and autonomous regions (athletes who apply for competition must have played 50% or one-third of the competition results, including those who have won 50% of the games or contributed to the team's victory in key competitions) have won the top six athletes in each individual competition;

(3) Athletes who have won the top eight individual events in juvenile competitions held in various provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions.

Level 5 and 3 athletes:

Anyone who meets one of the following conditions may apply for the title of third-class athlete.

(1) In the official competitions held at the level of cities and counties under the provincial jurisdiction, the top three athletes in the team competition (athletes who register must play 50% or one-third of the competitions, of which 50% win, or contribute to the team's victory in key competitions) won the top eight athletes in each individual competition.

(two) in the local (city) or equivalent to the provincial capital city's youth competition, won the top eight singles athletes.

Six, young athletes:

Anyone who meets one of the following conditions may apply for the title of junior athlete.

(1) Athletes who participate in youth competitions at or above the provincial, district and municipal levels on behalf of the prefecture (city) (special zone or municipality directly under the Central Government);

(2) Athletes who have won the top four singles in official competitions in which no less than 24 young athletes participated.

China table tennis amateur scoring system

The first table tennis amateur rating system in China is the title of table tennis amateur rating in China. Grade titles are divided into: amateur athletes, amateur first-class athletes, amateur second-class athletes, amateur third-class athletes and junior athletes.

Article 2 Conditions for obtaining the title of table tennis amateur:

(a) support the leadership of China * * * production party, love the socialist motherland, production (work, study) positive, have a good sports style.

(two) to meet the technical standards stipulated in the title of amateur athlete of China Table Tennis Association.

Article 3 The authority to approve the conferment of the title of China Table Tennis Amateur is as follows: Amateur athletes are granted with the approval of China Table Tennis Association; Amateur first-class athletes are approved and awarded by table tennis associations of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government or national industry sports associations; Amateur second-class athletes and amateur third-class athletes are approved and awarded by provincial, municipal and prefecture (city) table tennis associations; If there is no table tennis association, it can be awarded with the approval of the sports association or the corresponding organization.

Article 4 Due to the Chinese Table Tennis Association, provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government; For table tennis national fitness events organized by table tennis associations or national industry associations (industry systems) in various provinces, municipalities directly under the central government, prefectures and counties, and other table tennis events attended by amateur athletes, if the rules of table tennis competition approved by the State Sports General Administration or the China Table Tennis Association are met, amateur first-class athletes such as amateur second-class athletes can be judged by referees, and amateur second-class athletes can sign certificates and apply for the title of amateur technical level of table tennis.

Article 5 Amateur table tennis players shall fill in the Application Form for Technical Grade of Amateur Players after reaching the corresponding technical grade standard, and report it to the corresponding table tennis association or trade sports association for approval. All provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government; Provincial, municipal and state table tennis associations; When an industry sports association (trade union) applies for the title of higher technical grade for its amateur table tennis players, it shall submit a formal application document, an application form for amateur athletes' technical grade and a certificate of achievement signed by the corresponding referee to the table tennis association or industry sports association at the next higher level, and go through the application procedures within this year. Those exceeding this year will not be approved.

Article 6 Amateur table tennis players who have been granted the title of technical grade upon approval shall be awarded certificates and badges by the competent authorities. Amateur athletes won more than two titles of the same technical level, only one certificate and one medal were awarded; When athletes win more than two titles of different technical grades, they will be awarded certificates and medals according to the titles of higher technical grades. The titles and achievements of each technical level shall be registered in the certificate.

Grade athletes whose performance has improved to the previous standard shall be issued with certificates and badges after approval.

Article 5 Certificates and badges:

The Chinese Table Tennis Association is responsible for the production and distribution of certificates and badges, which record the identity and grade of the holders.

Article 8 This system is promulgated and tried out by China Table Tennis Association, and the right of interpretation and modification belongs to China Table Tennis Association.
