This is my second year of fitness. I didn't even think of that. It was just a whim, but I persisted and became a habit. The road to fitness, along the way, has a lot of feelings.

? Back in time, back to two years ago, because of the nature of work, I basically sat in front of the computer and didn't exercise often. Looking at my growing belly and round face, I feel that I can't go on like this, it's too decadent. I found a gym near the dormitory and got an annual card for half a year. I know my personality, and it often takes three minutes to do things. In order to strengthen my determination and keep myself going, I hired a tutor when I applied for the card.

Starting is always the hardest. We all start from scratch. Incorrect movements, unable to find muscle force points, muscle aches after exercise, no effect, etc. These difficulties have repeatedly hit my confidence in fitness and made me doubt myself. Fortunately, under the guidance of the coach, I slowly found my feeling, my progress became more and more obvious, and my body shape was slowly changing.

? Some things become a habit when they are done; Once you get used to it, you will become addicted. Fitness is such a thing. From the beginning, I didn't want to go to class, just to avoid wasting money. Later, I took the initiative to practice five times a week and fell in love with muscle pain after each exercise.

Although fitness has become a habit and a part of life, there is a bottleneck in it. Because after the private education course, I exercise alone, dare not bear the burden and lack supervision, and the effect of each exercise is not the best. I feel that I have never made progress and my body shape has not changed. Plus, I have more social activities, more drinking, and more body fat.

In the bottleneck stage, although I insisted on exercising, I didn't change much. In this way, after a few months, I changed my workplace and found a new gym. In the process of getting a card, I was attracted by boxing courses, and then I bought boxing courses. The new movement has indeed brought about new changes. Endurance, coordination and strength have also improved a little. The key is that under high-intensity aerobic exercise, body fat is also reduced a little.

? Later, I got acquainted with the coach, so I didn't take boxing lessons, and when I was doing strength training myself, the coach would come and guide me. Under the guidance of the coach, I found the reason why I couldn't change my body shape and my strength couldn't go up. In the coach's words, I don't call it exercise, I call it health preservation. To break through, you must fully stimulate your muscles. You need to pay attention to the details, find the right power point, and feel the burning sensation of your muscles every time you exercise.

I learned a lot during my fitness. Besides knowing the knowledge of fitness, I also know how to concentrate and persist. More importantly, let me know that when I do something, I can't always immerse myself in it, but occasionally raise my head to think, summarize and analyze.

Body and soul must have one on the road. The body has set out and will go with the soul. Not afraid of being late, as long as it has already started; Not afraid of slowness, as long as it is still on the road. When we look back, we will find that we have come a long way; When we look at ourselves, we will find that we have become the better self in our minds.
