Is the swimming pool safe during COVID-19?
During my stay in COVID-19, the swimming pool was safe.

Novel coronavirus is mainly transmitted by respiratory droplets, which is an infection caused by inhalation of ejected droplets when patients cough or sneeze. Water can't spread to COVID-19, especially the chlorine-containing disinfection water in swimming pools, and viruses can't survive in it.

But this is only for indoor swimming pools with up-to-standard sanitary conditions, and open waters such as rivers and lakes are not included. At present, most gyms and swimming pools in China are closed. In this case, be careful not to go to open water for swimming training. You have to wait until the professional and hygienic venue is open before practicing.

At the same time, keep a safe distance when swimming. In a swimming pool like "Go to Jiaozi", the virus will still spread through droplets, mucous membranes and contact. Therefore, for safety reasons, it is necessary to choose a swimming pool with few people and keep a safe distance of more than one meter between people.

Precautions for swimming

1, you need to make full preparations before launching. This can improve the excitement of the nervous system, make the motor organs enter the state of motion, and promote the body to play a better sports ability.

2, the water temperature is usually lower than the body temperature, so when swimming in the water, it is best not to jump into the water at once. Instead, you should soak in shallow water and try to swim in deep water after your body has adapted.
