Water spinach, formerly known as water spinach, belongs to convolvulaceae, with white morning glory and hollow stem center, so it is called water spinach. Widely cultivated in rural areas of southern China. This dish is sometimes planted around the farm to supplement the shortage of green feed.
Water spinach contains protein, fat, sugar, inorganic salts, nicotinic acid, carotene, vitamin B 1, vitamin B2, vitamin C and so on.
