I usually try both sports, but I prefer indoor sports. Outdoor sports can be close to nature, but due to the change of weather conditions, outdoor fitness is subject to many restrictions. Coupled with tight working hours, lack of green websites, serious urban pollution, traffic and other effects. I think it is still difficult for city people to enjoy outdoor sports every day.

When choosing indoor sports, we should pay attention to two aspects, one is to consider our physical condition, and the other is to consider whether the fitness venue is professional.

Because fitness clubs are more complete than home facilities, not all fitness clubs are professional enough, so we must make a comprehensive investigation when choosing. Some gymnasiums are located in basements due to poor ventilation, which leads to a serious shortage of fresh air and high carbon dioxide content, which is easy to cause symptoms such as nausea and headache.
