Ming ancient days: two palms are attached to the ears respectively, and the palms tightly cover the ears and are fixed with thumb and little finger. The other three fingers hit the occipital part of the head together or alternately, that is, the three points of Naohu, Fengfu and Dumen, and there is a "drumming" sound in the ear, such as drumming. This method has the effects of refreshing the brain, calming dizziness and hearing. Moxibustion: Hold empty fists with both hands, and push the thumb and forefinger up and down along the helix until the helix is congested and feverish. The method has the effects of strengthening brain, tonifying kidney, improving hearing and improving eyesight, and can be used for preventing and treating impotence, frequent micturition, constipation, lumbago and leg pain, cervical spondylosis, palpitation, chest distress, headache and dizziness.

Rub the whole ear: after rubbing the palms of both hands, massage the ventral surface (that is, the front part of the ear) backwards, and then massage the back repeatedly 5 ~ 6 times forward. This method can dredge the channels and collaterals, and has a health care effect on the kidneys and all organs.

Waist massage can strengthen vital signs, tonify kidney and accept qi.

Rub your waist and eyes. The lumbar eye is located next to the spinous process of the fourth lumbar vertebra, with a depression of 3.5-4 inches. Make a fist with both hands, press the waist and eyes tightly with the metacarpophalangeal joints of the thumb, and press and knead hard for 30 ~ 50 times, which is suitable for low back pain.

Press the middle finger on the spinous process of the spine (commonly known as "abacus beads") with the back of your hands, and press the rest of your fingers on the upper and lower middle fingers to help knead the points. With your hands facing upwards as far as possible, massage all the points in the spinous process and the depression under the spinous process that can be touched by your hands to the points below Yangguan (that is, the spinous process of the fifth lumbar vertebra). When rubbing, the movements should be coordinated and rhythmic, and the force should be uniform and penetrating. Hands can be rubbed alternately and repeated for about 30 times.

Sit up straight, bend your left arm on your leg, bend your right arm, palm up, and do parabolic movements for 3 to 5 times. When doing parabolic action, throw your hand into the air, the action can be a little faster, inhale when throwing your hand, and exhale when recovering. This operation has the same effect as the first operation.

Sit up straight and let your legs droop naturally. First, slowly turn your body left and right 3 to 5 times. Then swing your feet forward for more than 10 times, which can be increased or decreased according to your physical strength. When doing movements, the whole body should be relaxed, and the movements should be natural and gentle. When you turn your body, your torso should be upright and you can't pitch. This action can move the waist and knees, benefit the kidney and strengthen the waist. If you practice this action often, you can exercise your waist and knees, which is good for your kidneys.

Sit up, loosen your belt, take off your coat, put your hands on your waist and rub them up and down until your waist feels hot. This method can warm the kidney and strengthen the waist. There are Mingmen points of Du meridian at the waist, Shenshu, Qihai Shu, Dachang Shu, and the bladder meridian of the foot sun. After rubbing, the whole body feels fever, which has the functions of warming kidney, strengthening waist, relaxing muscles and activating blood.

Put your feet together, raise your head with your hands crossed, then bend down, touch the ground with your hands, then squat down, tuck your knees with your hands, and say the word "blow" silently without making a sound. This can be done for more than 10 times.

Do more massage to stimulate the soles of your feet.

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that Yongquan point at the foot is the place where turbidity drops. Regular massage of Yongquan point can benefit the kidney, strengthen the body, prevent premature aging, soothe the liver and improve eyesight, clear the throat and calm the heart, promote sleep and stimulate appetite.

Soak your feet with warm water before going to bed every day, and then rub them with your hands to keep each other warm. Massage your right foot with your left heart and your left foot with your right heart, each time 100 or more. It is advisable to rub your feet. This method has the effect of tonifying kidney, nourishing yin and reducing fire, and has a good effect on the common deficiency-heat syndrome of middle-aged and elderly people.
