Eggs! Before I exercise, I hated eggs, whether it was fried eggs, boiled eggs or stewed eggs. In a word, I don't like anything related to eggs. Eggs are blacklisted in my food.

I didn't know how important protein is to fitness until I got fit, but for a student party, first of all, I don't have extra money to buy food such as protein powder and protein bars, and secondly, I can only eat it in the canteen, but the beef, shrimp and fish in the canteen are not cheap, and the dormitory has no conditions to do it, and I have tried skim milk, which is really super bad and even difficult to swallow. So the simplest source of protein is eggs!

So after fitness, I began to force myself to eat two eggs every day, one boiled in the morning and one scrambled with tomatoes at noon. It really hurt at first, as if every bite was poison. If you keep chewing, you just don't have the courage to swallow. I forced myself to eat as long as my muscles were, and even resisted the urge to vomit.

But it's much better now. Now I am a fitness person who likes to eat eggs. Now I feel uncomfortable not eating eggs every day!

Another one is wax gourd. I don't even watch wax gourd before fitness, and my family knows that I hate wax gourd, so I basically don't fry it in winter. But after fitness, I know that winter can absorb the body's oil, and the heat of wax gourd is particularly low. Eating more wax gourd helps to lose weight.

Yes, I began to force myself to eat melon again. Fortunately, there are melon in the canteen. Although I thought the taste was really bad at first, I couldn't eat any more after eating a few slices, but later I gradually suggested that wax gourd absorbed oil and gradually accepted the taste of wax gourd!
