Campus canteens are mainly distributed in living quarters and the junction of living quarters and teaching buildings, mainly dealing with public meals. The special home cooking of eight Chinese cuisines is supplemented by multi-level management services, including special snacks, various convenient snacks, Lingnan snacks, northern pasta and so on. By the end of 20 12, the school had built and put into use three canteens, three of which were located in Qingyuan, Huangyuan and Meiyuan respectively, which used to be called "one hall, two halls and three halls" respectively. The fourth canteen is scheduled to be completed and put into use in March 20 13.

The first canteen is located at the junction of teaching area and living area, and the junction of the first and second living areas. The canteen has three floors, the first and second floors are canteens, and the third floor is a gym.

The second canteen is located at the junction of the second and third districts of the living area. The canteen has three floors and is rich in dishes.

The third canteen is located at the junction of the third and fourth districts of the living area. The first floor of the canteen is mainly composed of supermarkets, bakeries, digital shops and barbershops, and the second and third floors are canteens. On the third floor is a "luxury" canteen, which provides self-service, selects food according to one's own preferences, and checks out for export. In addition, it also provides various interviews, porridge, private rooms and so on.

In addition to the three canteens, there are various snack bars in the east and west of the school. The college has a planned total construction area of 38,500 square meters and a total investment of 65.438 billion yuan. The project is fully funded by Fujian Xinhuadu Charity Foundation and adopts the "turnkey" project construction mode. The building is located in the northwest corner of Minjiang College campus. It is adjacent to Art College and Engineering College in the east, Chaoshan Mountains in the north, the sports playground of the college in the south and the west wall of the school in the west. The whole plot is irregular in shape, long from north to south and narrow from east to west.

The first phase of Xinhuadu Business School Building started on June 6, 20 12, and is expected to be completed before June 20 13. It consists of graduate building, undergraduate building and teacher office building. The second phase will continue to invest 500 million yuan to build a business school. Minjiang College and Xinhuadu Charity Foundation proposed to build the business school into a century-old boutique, and strive to win the "Luban Award", the highest architectural award in China.

Chaoshan Island in new huadu business school of minjiang university has 36 waterfront expert villas, libraries, unnamed lakes, leisure docks, five-star hotels with earth buildings, heliports, equestrian clubs, golf courses, rowing boats, Chaoshan Zen Temple and five academy-style research institutes.
